Warranty scope:
Kangni Smart Warranty: 36 months on the frame, 12 months on the motor and controller, 12 months on the battery. The electric mobility scooter meets the relevant national quality standards and has passed the corresponding quality tests and CE certification. From the date of purchase, if there is any quality problem, we will provide after-sale service according to the following warranty terms with the warranty card. The warranty period is based on the date on the delivery note or warranty card.

If you have insurance for your mobility scooter, you can contact your insurance company to elaborate and find out if they cover the cost of repairs? Contact your insurance company by calling their phone number.
